That is probably the best question. I love design. I love 'Game of Thrones'. The story and the characters of the show fuel the outlet. The outlet being this website. I also believe it is important to step outside of your creative comfort zone and develop some new "chops".
Nico, who also created the Poor Attack Test Tables and Barsaive’s Bestiarium, recently released his latest fanzine called Mystic Bonds.

Again a great project: Over at Game-Icons.net a huge collection of free Game Icons awaits RPG fans. The icons can be downloaded in the vector format .svg and in .png format. The graphics are provided under the terms of Creative Commons 3.0 BY license. The collection is still growing week by week.
About the project
All the images are downloadable in a vector format, so you can easily tweak colors, rotation and adjust effects like blur, bevels or shadows.
Another direct benefit is infinite scaling, it means no size limit for the resulting files which can be used for high resolution interfaces, logos, stencils etc...
I am roleplaying now for years and sometimes I start to look for new dice. Even if I already possess a lot of dice, like the Q-workshop Earthdawn dice, I was often looking for Gamescience precision dice. Well, to cut a long story short, I was really surprised when I got contacted by Brian from awesomedice.com as he asked for a little shout-out for their shop. Why I was surprised? Cause I saw Gamescience dice on their page that were not out of stock, like in many other shops! So, sooner or later I got to order some, it’s as simple as that.

Mid November and suddenly chocolate projects everywhere and even as a RPG and fantasy fan you can’t avoid the chocolate. At least I came across some cool projects made of chocolate.
Håkan Mårtensson, a Swedish chocolatier made a chocolate Gollum and various other great sculptures out of chocolate, have a look at his works at his gallery.

Second is a chocolate DIY instruction, to create your own chocolate dice. D4,D6, D20 any dice you want. The effort when following the instruction, seems worth it, yummy.
Finally there is the white chocolate Game of Thrones - Weirwood cake! The authors of the blog “The Inn at the Crossroads”, which I already mentioned in one of my Link Advices, create and cook recipes that are based on the books of George R.R Martin. Or as they write on their blog:

The blog “Fantasy Paper Miniature Models” from Eddnic offers, as you may guess, great free 3D papercraft models for use in RPG’s. His portfolio ranges from Zombies, to Dragons, Mummies, Orcs and many more. The works that especially caught my attention were the “Air, Fire, Water, Earth Elementals” which seem to be very useful for Earthdawn campaigns.
